What are Writing Prompts?
Simply put, writing prompts are starters for writers who might be suffering from a bout of writer’s block, or those who just want to do some fun, random writing. The beautiful thing about writing starters such as these is that 100 writers will come up with a hundred different stories even though they all began with the same prompt.
If you wish, you can use the comments section to post a story based on the prompt (up to about 500 words) for others to enjoy. Like any writing endeavor – have fun.
