Treasures at a Craft Show

Yesterday, I went to an arts and crafts show at a very old Masonic Temple in San Diego’s North Park. There were dozens of vendors, a large crowd and very little maneuvering space, but it was still a fun experience overall. The artisans at the show were all very friendly and unbelievably creative and talented.

One of my favorite exhibitors was Naiad Soap Arts, who make some of the coolest, best smelling, and good for you soaps on the market today – and I’m the type of guy who doesn’t usually get into things like soap, so you know they must be good!

I also found an artist at the show whose work I absolutely love. His name is David Gough, and he is one of the best fantasy artists I have ever seen. He puts onto canvas the type of things that run around in my head and cause mischief. Words alone can’t do his paintings justice. You should absolutely check out his artwork.
